Please Read: Urgent Help Needed

Hello Nighthawks,

Apologies for sending two extra emails this month — we will resume our monthly cadence in November — however we have an urgent ask for TOMORROW, Tuesday 10/29.

Tomorrow we will be hosting our Best Day Ever celebration. This is a large event on our playground to celebrate all of the hard work our students and families did to help us hit our $30K fundraiser goal. We will have numerous bounce houses, games, and a DJ Dance Party.

However, we are short on volunteers which means we cannot run all of the activities we have planned due to safety. We must have adults monitoring bounce houses or they cannot be used.

In particular, we need volunteers who are able to arrive by 7:40am and/or volunteers who are able to work our afternoon session until 2:00pm. See full details here.

If you are able to volunteer, would you please email [email protected] as soon as possible to let us know? Even if it is not for a full session, we will take whatever time you have! We will ensure the office prints a badge for you.

If your student is a car rider, you are welcome to park and walk in when you drop them off. We will be out back setting up and can always use the hands.
